Pricing & Availability

  • Prices may change due to ingredient costs or seasonal changes.
  • Menu items and customization options are subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue menu items at any time without notice.


Food Safety & Storage

Customers agree to follow proper food safety protocols after receiving meals, including:

  • Refrigerating meals within 1 hour
  • Consuming meals within 4–5 days
  • Following heating instructions provided
  • Freezing only meals that can safely be frozen

Jae Got The Juice is not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage, missed pickups, incorrect contact information, or delays caused by the customer.


 Allergy & Dietary Disclaimer

  • The kitchen handles nuts, soy, gluten, dairy, and other allergens.
  • Cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed.
  • Customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering.
  • Jae Got The Juice is not liable for allergic reactions or failure to disclose an allergy at checkout.


Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the perishable nature of meal prep products, all sales are final.
  • Cancellations are only allowed before the weekly cutoff (Thursday 6 PM).
  • No refunds will be issued for missed pickups, incorrect orders submitted by the customer, or dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences.
