Policy
ORDERING POLICY
• All meal prep orders must be placed by Thursday at 6 PM for Sunday pickup or delivery.
• Orders placed after the cutoff automatically roll to the following week.
• Because ingredients are purchased per order, no last-minute changes can be made after the cutoff time.
SHIPPING POLICY
- We only ship on Tuesdays.
- We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. We only ship within the United States.
PAYMENT POLICY
- Payment is required at checkout to secure your order.
- Orders that are not paid in full will not be prepared.
- All pricing is subject to change based on market availability and ingredient costs.
PICKUP POLICY
- Pickup is every Sunday during the time slot selected at checkout.
- Please arrive on time to ensure your meals stay fresh and safe for consumption.
- If you miss your pickup window, your order may be left in a temperature-safe drop zone if available.
- Unclaimed orders are non-refundable because meals are made fresh per customer.
DELIVERY POLICY
- Delivery is available for select areas and is calculated at checkout.
- Delivery windows are provided on Saturday via text or email.
- If the customer is not available, the order will be left at the provided doorstep/location.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery.
Jae Got The Juice is not responsible for meals left outdoors or improperly stored after delivery.
STORAGE & FOOD SAFETY POLICY
- All meals should be refrigerated within 1 hour of pickup/delivery.
- Meals stay fresh 4–5 days when properly stored.
- Some soups and bowls may last up to 6 days.
- Certain meals may be frozen for 1–2 weeks (soups/proteins).
Jae Got The Juice is not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage, delays in pickup, or meals left unrefrigerated.
ALLERGY POLICY
- The kitchen handles nuts, soy, gluten, and other common allergens.
- While care is taken, cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed.
- Customers are responsible for clearly listing allergies at checkout.
- Severe allergy clients should contact us before placing an order.
CUSTOMIZATION POLICY
- Only the customization options listed on the website can be guaranteed.
- Requests outside the weekly menu must be approved before ordering.
- Additional fees may apply for custom meals, substitutions, or premium ingredients.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations must be made before Thursday at 6 PM to receive a credit.
- After the cutoff time, all sales are final and cancellations cannot be processed.
- No refunds are issued once ingredients have been purchased.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
- Due to the perishable nature of the products, all sales are final.
- If there is an issue with your order (wrong meal, missing item, etc.), notify us within 24 hours and we will fix it.
- Refunds are only issued at the discretion of Jae Got The Juice.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on any food items.
ORDER ACCURACY POLICY
- Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before checkout.
Jae Got The Juice is not responsible for mistakes such as selecting the wrong meal size, protein, or pickup location.
LATE PICKUP / MISSED DELIVERY POLICY
- If you miss your pickup or are unavailable for delivery, your meals will be held until the end of the day.
- We do not remake meals due to missed pickups or deliveries.
- Meals not collected on Monday are discarded for safety reasons.
SUBSCRIPTION POLICY (If applicable)
- Meal prep subscriptions renew automatically weekly/biweekly/monthly.
- You may pause or cancel your subscription anytime before the Thursday cutoff.
PHOTOS & MARKETING POLICY
- Photos on the website are for presentation purposes; actual meals may vary based on ingredients and seasonal availability.
- By purchasing, customers agree that non-identifying order photos may be used for marketing unless requested otherwise.
