A: Absolutely. All juices and ready-made teas must be kept cold at all times. Please refrigerate immediately upon pickup or delivery.
Q: Can I freeze the juice?
A: Yes, our juices can be frozen for up to 2-3 months. For best taste, thaw in the refrigerator overnight and shake well before drinking.
Q: Do your juices contain added sugar or preservatives?
A: No. We never use added sugars, syrups, concentrates, or preservatives. Everything is made with fresh, whole ingredients only.
Q: What comes in a juice cleanse?
A: Each cleanse includes a curated set of cold-pressed juices formulated to support detoxification, hydration, digestion, and natural energy. Depending on your selection, cleanses are available in 1-day, 2-day, and extended options.
Q: How do I drink the juices during a cleanse?
A: You’ll drink one juice every 2–3 hours, following the order provided. Stay hydrated with water or herbal tea in between.
Q: Can I eat while cleansing?
A: For best results, we recommend sticking to the juices only. However, if needed, you can add light fruits, raw vegetables, or broth. Listen to your body and do what feels right.
Q: Is a juice cleanse safe for beginners?
A: Yes. Our 1-Day Juice Reset is perfect for first-time cleansers. If you’re unsure or have medical conditions, we always suggest consulting a healthcare provider.
Q: Will I lose weight during the cleanse?
A: Some customers experience temporary weight loss due to reduced bloating and water retention. Results vary based on your body and lifestyle.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: All orders can be placed directly through our website. Choose your items, select pickup or shipping, and complete checkout.
Q: Do you offer shipping?
A: Yes! We ship using refrigerated or insulated packaging to keep everything fresh. Shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Q: How far in advance should I order?
A: We make all juices fresh, so 24–48 hours notice is recommended. Larger orders may require additional time. Pick up orders are ready every Sunday by 3pm.
Q: What ingredients do you use?
A: We use fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, and plant-based ingredients only. No artificial colors, no fillers, no additives.
Q: What if I have allergies?
A: Please check ingredient lists carefully. If you have severe allergies, contact us before ordering so we can help guide you.
Q: Why is my juice separating?
A: Separation is completely normal! Natural ingredients settle over time. Just shake well before drinking.
Q: Is your tea caffeinated?
A: Most of our herbal teas are naturally caffeine-free, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

MEAL PREP FAQs
Q: When do I need to place my meal prep order?
A: All meal prep orders must be placed by Thursday at 6 PM for Sunday pickup/delivery.
*Any orders placed after the cutoff will be fulfilled the following week.*

A: Sundays
Q: How long do the meals stay fresh?
A: Meals stay fresh 4–5 days when stored in the refrigerator. Some soups and slow-cooked meals can last up to 6 days.
Q: Do the meals come labeled?
A: Yes!
Q: How do I reheat my meals?
A: Remove the lid or transfer to a microwave-safe plate. Heat in the microwave for 1–2 minutes, or warm on the stovetop for best results. Add a splash of water if needed to maintain moisture.
Q: Can I customize my meals?
A: You may choose any customizable options listed on the product page. For special customization requests, please contact before ordering to confirm availability.
Q: Do you offer vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free meals?
A: Yes, plant-based, dairy-free, and gluten-free selections are available.
Q: Are your meals prepared in an allergen-free kitchen?
A: No. While great care is taken during prep, the kitchen may contain nuts, soy, dairy, and gluten.
If you have a severe allergy, please reach out before ordering.
Q: How should I store the meals?
A: Meals should be refrigerated immediately after pickup or delivery.
If you want to extend freshness, many dishes can be frozen for 1–2 weeks (soups, bowls, proteins, and stews freeze best).
Q: Can I freeze the meals?
A: Yes! Soups, bowls, and proteins freeze well. Salads, crema-based dishes, and fresh veggies should not be frozen.
Q: What if I need to cancel my order?
A: Orders can be canceled before the Thursday 6 PM cutoff. After that time, ingredients have already been purchased and preparation has started — no cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: All sales are final because meals are made fresh to order. If there is a mistake with your order, contact within 24 hours so it can be corrected.
Q: Do you offer subscription meal plans?
A: Not at the moment.
Q: How do I know what’s on the menu each week?
A: Menus are posted every Monday–Tuesday on the website and social pages. Customers can order as soon as the new menu is released.
Q: Can I order for the entire family?
A: Yes, family portions and bulk pans are available upon request.
Q: Do you offer same-day or next-day orders?
A: Not at this time. All meals are prepared fresh on a set weekly/ bi-weekly schedule.
MOCKTAIL FAQs
Q: What types of mocktails do you provide?
A: We provide a list of signature mocktails for inquiries. Please refer to our booking page for our mocktail services.
Q: What types of services do you offer?
A: We provide a mobile mocktail bar service for events. We also offer mocktail tastings prior to your event. In the near future, we will be offering mocktail mixology classes! Stay tuned!
Q: What’s included in your mobile mocktail bar service?
A: Included in our service is 1-2 mixologists that specialize in non-alcoholic beverages, menu planning, bar equipment, ice, drink ware, napkins, garnishes, mixers and non-alcoholic spirits.
Q: Are minors and pregnant women able to consume mocktails?
A: Yes, minors under the legal drinking age and pregnant women are able to consume our mocktails. We are able to opt out non-alcoholic spirits for minors under the legal age as many non-alcoholic brands do not allow their products to be sold to minors. If you are pregnant, please consult with your physician before consuming our mocktails as some herbs such kava root, ashwaganda, and sage to name a few are to be avoided during pregnancy.
Q: Do you have alcohol options?
A: No, we are a non-alcoholic beverage bar.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are currently based in Greenville, SC. However, we are available to serve surrounding areas ( Spartanburg, Anderson, Easley ). Events that require 30 minutes or more of travel will incur a travel fee.
Q: Do you serve small and large events?
A: Yes we do! There is a 10 guest minimum for small events.
Q: Can I customize signature mocktails for my event?
A: Yes! We are able to customize our signature mocktails tailored for your event!
Q: Do you provide your own equipment and supplies?
A: Yes we provide our own equipment and supplies. We also provide water at no extra charge.
Q: Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?
A: Yes, we can accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. That includes sugar free options too!
